Due to legal and safety regulations, ammunition sales are final and do not qualify for a return.
NON-Ammunition & Firearms Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once it's received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping Policy
LibertyForge LLC will ship your order via UPS, all ammunition orders must ship UPS Ground. We ship to the lower 48 states. We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO's or P.O. Boxes.
UPS weight restrictions
We can only ship a package up to 45lbs. If an order exceeds this weight limit, a new package and label will be created. Please keep this in mind when having items shipped to an FFL Dealer. There may be an additional charge incurred to you (the customer) by the FFL Dealer for multiple packages.
